Kandi and Todd Tucker are putting a lid on rumors that they are getting a divorce.
Honestly, I think I’m still in denial about Kandi Burruss being off the show. I just naturally still feel like we get to be all up in her business as if she’s still gonna be getting paid to share her life with us for our entertainment.
But when the trailer drops for season 16 I’ll finally accept that she is no longer an Atlanta housewife. Now out of respect for their union I didn’t cover this story when if first came across my desk, but now that they’ve addressing the rumors during their press run for the Wiz, I’ll finally speak on it.
Although the two have been married for a solid decade, people think their love is over. But during a recent joint interview, the doting couple put those rumors to rest. While speaking to Us Weekly on Friday (April 19), the XSCAPE singer, 47, revealed that her daughter, Riley, 21, brought the speculation to her attention.
“Riley actually sent it to me. She was like, ‘Why do people keep saying that y’all about to get divorced?’ I was like, ‘I don’t know,’” the singer told the outlet.
